architecture

Our Architecture market sector is the cornerstone of our practice. With this market sector, we have been provided with the experience and ability to eliminate conventional boundaries geographically, culturally and physically. Our practice has spanned throughout the United States and internationally with projects of regional importance such as Tokyo Midtown in Tokyo Japan, Bonifacio Global City in Manilla Philippines, and The Pier Shops at Caesars in Atlantic City. The lessons that we’ve learned and barriers that we’ve successfully eliminated has provided us a perspective that is unique, effective, and energetic.

The enthusiasm and energy of our architecture practice is evident in all projects ranging from city block mixed-use, retail, office, and residential projects to regional shopping center re-positioning and re-branding to prototype design and implementation.

The heightened importance of schedule and budget within a custom architecture environment has provided the overlap training required to manage rapidly changing project environments and provide rapid prototyping solutions tailored to meet the budget and schedule, often midstream during the construction administration period.

We are suited for the rapidly changing requirements of this market sector and embrace change as the new constant. Our enthusiasm for solutions is key essential to a project’s success whether it’s a new greenfield site, urban setting, renovation, expansion or adaptive reuse.
